It is very easy to get caught out by sudden changes and they can stress us in lots of ways. One of the common ways we can get caught out is with our finances and once they get in difficulty things can unravel and quickly get out of control.

Suddenly we are facing bills we can’t pay and things escalate. It can be a scary place to be. But there are solutions and you may need advice and support to solve the problem but the situation may not be as impossible as it feels.

Our church has people trained by CAP, a Christian organisation that specialises in getting people out of the ‘debt trap’ as it is often called.
